Delivery & Installation

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION CHARGES

We charge at $80 locations for orders below $1000. This fee is inclusive of delivery and installation, if you choose to self collect, this fee will be waived off or refunded.

LEAD TIME

Our standard delivery time ranges between 1-5 weeks, most product are manufactured accordingly to the customer’s requirement as such production time have been factored into the delivery time.

Singapore delivery lead time is 1 week.

Malaysia delivery lead time is 2-3 weeks.

China delivery lead time is 4-5 weeks.

CONFIRMATION

Delivery lead time takes effect only upon receiving of deposit/full payment, whichever is applicable.

INSTALLATION

Our sales person will contact you upon confirmation of product purchases to arrange for installation on site. Configuration of workstation/desk/cabinets will be arranged when our sales team contact you. For most cases we will need to perform a site visit.
